From yoga teachers sharing movement wisdom and breathwork facilitators documenting their practices, to herbalists articulating plant knowledge, ayurvedic practitioners sharing ancient healing methods, and those documenting traditional wisdom and witchcraft practices, I understand the unique landscape of experienced women writing to share their knowledge and inspire others.
