For as long as women have existed, we have gathered, around fires, under trees, at rivers edges and with elbows on kitchen tables.

 

We always came together to share our stories, to be heard and hear each other.

 

And somewhere in the rush of life, we forgot the immense need and pleasure in women hearing women, in sitting with tea at kitchen tables, in sharing our needs and worries.  And because of that, the wisdom women hold (both old and young) goes unspoken, unwritten and doesn't get passed down.

 

We exist, writing these collaboration books together, to provide somewhere beautiful for the words of women to live.

Everything we do is our way of bringing the village fire back - except THIS time, it's a worldwide fire and every one of our authors lights candles before we start.

 

We're gathering to share what we carry, one in writing, one in ceremony.

In our books, we write our truth so the legacies of our stories are never lost and in our Sister Circles, we meet both online and in person, all over the world to heal, honour and remember who we are!

 

Sacred places to lay down our stories. We were never meant to carry them alone.
